Novocaine for the Soul

Eels é uma banda de rock da California que faz um som um tanto melancólico (principalmente com o álbum de 1998, Electro Shock Blues, pois a mãe e a irmã do vocalista morreram em um curto período de tempo), com letras que tratam de temas tormentosos. A música do post de hoje faz parte do álbum de estréia, Beautiful Freak, que teve várias influências, dentre elas o grunge.
A título de curiosidade, as músicas dos Eels estão em várias trilhas sonoras de filmes.
